Research suggests being well-hydrated is linked to lower fatigue levels in MS, while drinking cold water during exercise can help keep your core body temperature down. (The American Council on Exercise recommends drinking 17 to 20 ounces of water two hours before working out, plus seven to 10 ounces every 10 to 20 minutes while working out.)
